1. Booking and Appointments Appointments can be booked through our website or by calling the shop directly. We recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and barber are available.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy Your time is valuable, and so is ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to show up for an appointment or late cancellations may result in a fee or a requirement to prepay for future services.

3. Late Arrivals We strive to stay on schedule for all our Spokane clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other customers.

5. Conduct We maintain a professional, respectful, and family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other clients.
